Jason Harkins of the Maine Business School faculty and expert on entrepreneurship is the speaker scheduled for a small business seminar Wednesday, Dec. 1 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Foster Center for Student Innovation at UMaine. The discussion is free and open to all students, faculty, staff and others. Harkins will speak about business planning.
