EAP Webinar on Difficult Customers Thursday
Members of the UMaine community are invited to attend a webinar Thursday, Oct. 28 with Fran Sulinski, assistant director of UMaine Cooperative Extension. Sulinski will speak from 12-1 p.m. from Room 122 in Libby Hall on “Handling Difficult and Irate Customers.” Participation in the webinar is possible by logging on here.
