Understanding Diversity and Inclusion (2hrs)

Here we explore the definitions of diversity and inclusion? We explore 10 different identities and wrestle with the privileged and the oppressed in each of their identities. We will also address what the words diversity and inclusion means.

Transforming Self for Racial Equity (2 1/2 hrs)

Participants will engage in guided discussions around understanding race as it pertains to them, systems of privilege and racism. The facilitator hopes to create space to help participants develop language to engage in conversations around race. We will explore implicit bias, microaggressions and its impacts.
