The orientation program is for first-year and transfer students starting in the Fall 2018 semester. Each Summer Orientation session is a two-day event arranged by the various College and Programs. Students will have the opportunity to interact with deans, faculty, and students from their academic program; acquire information about class scheduling and registration; learn about campus services and activities. The New Student Orientation staff will assist you and your guests throughout the orientation session as we welcome you to UMaine.
