Download the contest agreement form found at this link. It must be signed, dated, and uploaded with your artwork to be considered for the prize.
Complete the form below, including all required information and an image (JPG, PNG, or PDF format) of your artwork. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted, and all required fields MUST be completed with accurate information.
Upon submission of all required materials, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your submission. No further action is required on your part.
