Exhibitors

Exhibit space is available. A full table exhibit includes an 8’ table with tablecloth and drape, two chairs, and access to electricity and wifi. One conference registration is included with each exhibit purchase.

To register as an exhibitor:

Exhibit costs are as follows:

• Exhibitor full table: $250
• Exhibitor half table: $125

Refund Policy

A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the conference.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the conference.

All cancellations should be sent via e-mail (umgmc@maine.edu) to the Senator George J. Mitchell Center. Expect confirmation within two days. If necessary to cancel by mail, please allow sufficient time for a response.

The Senator George J. Mitchell Center is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the Mitchell Center Director.
