He was assistant\/associate professor of Mathematics from 2005\u20132017 and is now associate professor of biomedical engineering at the University of Maine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dr. Khalil and his lab are working with many research groups in biological sciences, medicine, bioengineering, ecology, psychology, chemical engineering, radiology, physics and astronomy.
