UMaine Institute of Medicine Research University of Maine faculty, staff, and students from many disciplines, through interdisciplinary collaborations, are advancing medical knowledge and clinical practices, and impacting the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities in Maine and beyond. As described in this section, these efforts are supported by major research thrust areas and cutting-edge
