DESCRIPTION:Speaker: Dr. Adina Howe\, PhD. \nAbout the Speaker: Dr. Adina Howe is an associate professor in the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at Iowa State University.  She leads the Genomics and Environmental Research in Microbial Systems (GERMS) Laboratory. The goal of the GERMS Lab is to understand and manage the impacts of microbiology as we continuously change the environment that we live in.
