The School of Marine Sciences seeks applications for an Administrative Specialist CL2. The position provides administrative and clerical support to the School of Marine Sciences. This position pays $14.30/hr.

- Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong work ethic and initiative, and an ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload and excellent time management skills
- Experience with financial reporting software
Familiarity with UMaine financial software applications (Payroll, General Ledger, PCard, & CONCUR) and financial & payroll procedures
