Office of Major Scholarships

This event will begin on Monday, June 14th, and will span the week, ending on Friday, June 18th. The workshop is scheduled for one hour and a half to allow for individual writing time but students can leave sooner if they need to. Students will be guided through the writing process for the Fulbright Personal Statement and the Statement of Grant Purpose. Working with peers, students will create drafts of both essays and receive feedback.

It is recommended that students who have not had a meeting with the Office of Major Scholarships regarding Fulbright, schedule one to occur before this workshop by contacting nives.dalbowheeler@maine.edu.
