This annual 3.5 day program is designed as an introduction to emergency mortality management through composting and will prepare participants for deployment in the event of a foreign animal disease (FAD) outbreak or natural disaster to assist with the disposal of carcasses utilizing the composting process.<\/p>\n

This program was funded through the USDA\u2019s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service through National Animal Disease Preparedness and Response Program.<\/p>\n
