We Have a Blog!

As the title of this post suggests, the Rainbow Resource Center now has a blog! It has taken us hours upon
hours of frustration and manual labor, seemingly endless interruptions, and nearly cost us a call
to Tech Support, but thanks to our trusty friends, Google and Common Sense, we finally figured
out just how to add a blog page to our website.

So, here’s how it’ll work. One of our staff members will be tasked with writing a post to go up
about once every week. The subject of the posts may vary wildly, from campus goings-ons to
ancient history, depending on the interests of that week’s author or any events we’re hosting.
New weekly posts will go up every Wednesday at 10 AM, and we may occasionally have more
than one post a week if one of us gets super excited about a topic! This is the first time we’ve
done something like this, so please be patient while we figure out how to make this new
platform work for us! We’re really excited to try it out and give everyone a chance to get to know
us a bit more online!

We’ll try to cover all sorts of different things that are relevant to our community, but as we’re
only one fairly small staff with a fairly limited range of life experiences, we might not have the
widest understanding of every issue. So if you feel that we’re missing an important topic and
want to see what we have to say about it, let one of us know, and we’ll make sure to talk about
what you need us to!

Well, that’s about it! Thanks for sitting through the logistics with me. Check back in next
Wednesday to see what our staff is up to and until then, remember: you are strong, you are
loved, and you are important.
