The enrollment confirmation form is for students who have been offered admission to the University of Maine and have received their Form I-20. With this form you indicate if you plan to attend the University.

Graduate students (post-bachelor): log in to the UMaine Graduate application site and view your admission letter to find the “confirm” option.
If you would like to accept our offer of admission but cannot attend until a later semester, please DO NOT fill out the form. Instead, you should send an email to email@example.com requesting deferred admission. In the email, include your student ID number and the semester your enrollment should be deferred to.
Graduate Students (post-bachelor), please log in to your application dashboard, click on your decision letter and click on “reply to offer”.
