It offers self-guided programs for anxiety, depression, stress, and resilience.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/wellness\/mind-spa\/\">Mind Spa<\/a> helps you to manage the stress and anxiety that comes with trying to balance the demands of a college student.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/wellness\/\">UMaine Student Wellness Center <\/a>provides outreach and training on wellness, mental health, alcohol, drugs, and Title IX topics with harm reduction in mind.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/studentaccessibility\/\">Student Accessibility Services<\/a> provides students and employees with tools and resources to <a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/studentaccessibility\/managing-mental-health\/\">Managing Mental Health<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/psychology\/psychological-services-center\/services\/\">Psychological Services Center<\/a> provides services to the general public. Psychological services are provided without charge to students registered for at least six credits, but there is a charge for psychiatric consultation (which is covered by the student insurance plan).
