September 18, 2019 October 16, 2019 The Program Creation and Reorganization Review Committee (PCRRC) is proposing changes to the Policies and Procedures (P&P) Manual Background: The University of Maine System Board of Trustees, at its July 15, 2019 meeting, passed revisions to UMS Policy 305.1 regarding Academic Program Approval. Per the Vice Chancellor of Academic
