EPSCoR Research Experience for Minorities (EREM) Application Process Open

Maine EPSCoR is now accepting applications for summer 2022 EREM Internships. The goal of these internships is to increase participation of groups who are underrepresented in STEM disciplines.

During the seven-week paid internship, interns will work directly on research and projects with Maine EPSCoR faculty, scientists, and professional staff members. While participating in cutting-edge research, interns will be introduced to a network of professional contacts and mentors. While building an understanding of key issues facing Maine, interns will develop professional skills and gain insight into academic career pathways.

Applicants between the ages of 16 and 23 are invited to apply before the February 16 deadline. To apply and learn more about the EREM internship, visit the Maine EPSCoR Outreach Page. If you have any questions about the internship please contact Program Coordinator Laurie Bragg at laurie.bragg@maine.edu.
