Just as the Blue Sky Strategic Plan was developed through an inclusive process, integration will emerge through collaboration.<\/p>\n<p><b>Completed Blue Sky Enrollment Management Initiatives:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish an administrative unit centered on Enrollment Management, recruit and hire a new Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) to develop and implement the new Enrollment Management Plan: \u201cMaine-Sizing the Flagship (<a href=\"http:\/\/umaine.edu\/bluesky\/pathway-strategies\/pathway-2-money-and-management\/#two-b\">Pathway 2<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Increase recruitment efforts to middle and high school students through Cooperative Extension 4-H programs (<a href=\"http:\/\/umaine.edu\/bluesky\/pathway-strategies\/pathway-2-money-and-management\/#two-c\">Pathway 2<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Collaboratively and strategically analyze financial aid to set long-term directions for specific recruitment and retention recommendations related to affordability, access and merit (<a href=\"http:\/\/umaine.edu\/bluesky\/pathway-strategies\/pathway-2-money-and-management\/#two-e\">Pathway 2<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More detail about Enrollment Management accomplishments can be read in the Annual Report, <a href=\"http:\/\/umaine.edu\/president\/umaine-2013-annual-report\/\">Blue Sky Impacts<\/a>.
