Students in the University of Maine’s Upward Bound Math Science (UBMS) program will present their summer research\/explorations at the annual UBMS STEM Symposium 5–9 p.m. Monday, July 31.<\/p>\n
The event will be held in the atrium of the D.P. Corbett Business Building and will follow the style of a professional poster conference. Students will present to three judges over the course of the evening.<\/p>\n
Research mentors, family, friends and the public are welcome to attend. While students are presenting, guests are free to mingle and view posters. Light refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\n
