Our 12-credit graduate certificate in Teacher Leadership prepares educators to be trailblazers in addressing persistent and emerging issues in education related to workforce development, teacher retention, leadership shortages and the unique needs and challenges of modern schools. This academically rigorous program, designed for educational professionals in Maine and beyond, is offered entirely online and dovetails with other certificates in the College of Education and Human Development’s Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction and Instructional Technology programs. Each course is designed to strengthen teacher impact and voice, and emphasize the nature of teacher leadership development in rural contexts and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n.kb-row-layout-wrap.wp-block-kadence-rowlayout.kb-row-layout-id23621_fcb7c2-ce{margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:30px;}.kb-row-layout-id23621_fcb7c2-ce >
