Bio: Junhyung Baek is an assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology and Physical Education. He started teaching at the University of Maine in 2016, and has taught motor development and learning, assessment and measurement in PE, adapted physical education, and motor learning and performance. He works with local special education agencies to provide quality adapted physical education to those with physical, mental or emotional disabilities in KPE 367: Adapted Physical Education. Baek is from South Korea where he completed his bachelor’s degree in taekwondo. His research interests include teacher effectiveness, technology integration, teacher learning, and taekwondo.
