Bio: Andrea Gifford is Assistant Dean for Student Life at the University of Maine and an instructor in higher education with the College of Education and Human Development. She teaches a course on budgeting for higher education professionals. Gifford currently serves as Region 1 treasurer for the National Association of Student Affairs Professionals in Higher Education.
