Statement from the Educational Leadership faculty:

Laura Miller is the 2020 recipient of this award. Laura serves RSU 71 as Assistant Superintendent/Director of Curriculum. Her problem of practice focuses around issues of supervision and feedback that can help better develop reflective stances in teachers. As an Ed.D. student she has recently served as an adjunct for the Educational Leadership program teaching the M.Ed. course, EAD 510: Educational Supervision. Laura goes above and beyond the requirements of the program and directly applies concepts taught in the Ed.D. program to her work as a scholarly-practitioner.
