My favorite is mushroom pizza but I will love anything as long as it is vegetarian!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Role in Center<\/strong>:<br>Licensed Therapist, Licensed Master of Social Work \u2013 Conditional Clinical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Areas of Interest:<\/strong><br>I approach challenges and solutions from a systems perspective, and I am interested in helping<br>students feel empowered through social connection and inclusion. My interests also include<br>mindfulness, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and SFT (Solution-Focused Therapy). I consider<br>myself a lifelong learner, and I am interested in ensuring that my approaches and areas of<br>interest evolve with evolving client and changing social contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>In academic settings, I am dedicated to contributing to a culture where students and feel safe<br>and empowered disclosing and overcoming academic anxieties and related challenges,<br>including test anxiety, perfectionism and feelings of not belonging (imposter syndrome). I am<br>also interested in helping students navigate the multiple social roles that come along with<br>university life, whether it involves balancing academic and employment obligations, adapting to<br>a new schedule or routine, or just trying to find ways to achieve balance .
