In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, cooking and baking, and finding mindful movement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your favorite food?:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If I had to pick one, I\u2019d probably say dark chocolate. But, Italian food is also never out of<br \/>\nthe question!<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, where would you go?:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A few places I\u2019d love to visit include Greece, the U.K., and the south of France, but<br \/>\nthere\u2019s no shortage of places I\u2019d love to visit!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role in the center:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Licensed Masters Social Worker- Conditional Clinical<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Credentials and Interests?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am interested in a variety of theoretical frameworks, some of which include person<br \/>\ncentered, cognitive behavioral, solutions focused, and mindfulness based techniques.
