The University of Maine Freezer Program receives a discount on all modifications and purifications of primer orders from Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT).  Likewise, there is no set-up fee, no desalting fee, and usually no shipping fee, though please be advised that IDT is currently charging a $3.50 shipping fee per order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To place an order, use the IDT Primer Order Form<\/a>.\u00a0 When filling out the form, please enter bases in the sequence field with no numbers or punctuation.\u00a0 <\/em>Please send completed order forms as an email attachment to dnaseq@maine.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Degenerate bases can be used in the primers, mixed at equimolar amount at no extra charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
