During the summer months, Conferences and Institutes coordinates housing in resident halls for conference attendees, summer camps and campus guests. On-campus housing provides a cost-effective alternative for groups who are looking for affordable accommodations. Housing options include more than 3,400 beds in traditional undergraduate residence halls, and/or 400 beds in suite-style halls with full kitchens, living rooms and private bathrooms. Single occupancy or double occupancy rooms are available. There are laundry facilities and vending machines in each residence hall, with lounges and television rooms for informal networking. All rooms include complimentary wireless internet and parking. Our resident halls are clean, accessible and affordable.

Off-Campus Housing
For groups who prefer off-campus lodging, Conferences and Institutes can help you find housing at local hotels at the most competitive rates. Please contact Conferences and Institutes at 207.581.4093 or conference.services@maine.edu to discuss your on-campus or off-campus housing options.
