The retreat agenda will include an annual update from the PI, and an annual update from all project and core leaders. We will dedicate significant time for group discussion with the project and core leaders and the EAC members, prior to the closed External Advisory Committee (EAC) meetings with each research project leader, Core PI, and Dr. Henry. The EAC Chair will be asked to summarize recommendations for each project and core, which will be discussed individually.
