On March 19th from 6:00-8:00pm, the Fogler Library Salon Series<\/a> will present \u201cFrom Surviving to Thriving: Ensuring that We Support the Whole International Student\u201d a conversation with Dr. Rajika Bhandari, author of the award-winning memoir, America Calling: A Foreign Student in a Country of Possibility.<\/em>  Dr. Bhandari will share her extensive experience as an international higher education expert and her personal and professional insights on attracting international students; serving and aligning their needs with campus diversity and inclusion efforts; and positioning them for success.<\/p>\n

CITL will host a spring book club featuring this title in preparation for this event, with a focus on teaching and learning with international students.  Participants will receive a free copy of the book.<\/p>\n
