DESCRIPTION:Self-care\, your personal experiences and building community will be central tenets of this group. This time is meant to provide community and support to those who are starting on their teaching development path. We will use the book Small Teaching (provided at our first meeting) as a guide to explore our collective teaching experiences and pedagogical approaches that are both manageable to adopt and known to have positive impacts.
