Proposals for graduate and undergraduate courses&nbsp; are welcome from full-time faculty in all relevant disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a img.kb-inline-image, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a\"] img.kb-inline-image{width:150px;vertical-align:baseline;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading11824_12d90a-3a\">What proposals are eligible for funding?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Proposals may use funds for one of the following:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Create a new course in Canadian studies (100% Canadian content)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include Canadian content in a new or existing course (25% or more)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase Canadian content in an existing Canadian &nbsp;Studies course (to 50% or higher)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redesign an in-person course with Canadian content &nbsp;to an online format (in cooperation with CITL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop online courses related to Canada (in cooperation with CITL)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for funding, the course must contribute to the knowledge of Canada or of Canada\u2019s&nbsp; ties with the United States. If this is a proposal to upgrade an existing course,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>provide both the current syllabus and the proposed new syllabus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brief description of the amount of work that will be required to develop the course (not to exceed 500 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>(Optional)<\/strong> Additional funding is available for the purchase of books through the Canadian Studies collection at Fogler Library.
