Expect a practice that begins with a gentle warm-up, which then progresses to the\u00a0cultivation of faster-paced\u00a0sequences and flows, and ends once again with a cooldown; all while accompanied by immersive, up-beat and ambient music to\u00a0encourage the cultivation of flow state.
