About Me

  • My passion is fitness skills for everyday life.  Fitness that improves your confidence and  helps you move a little easier throughout the day.   
  • I have personally lost 47 pounds and counting.  I know the importance of knowledge for the success of your personal goals.  I also know the hard work that has to go into those goals for them to be achieved.  
  • Learning is key; for me as well as you, whether it be the mechanics of a squat or the hidden pitfalls of the newest miracle health fix.
  • I personally love “jailhouse” workouts (body weight exercises) that can be tailored for home workouts or made more challenging for the gym.
