  • Fitness and Nutrition are the two things I am most passionate about! They are the foundations to living a happy, healthy, disease free life. I’m willing to make myself available inany way possible in order to build sustainable healthy living habits and attain personal goals.

  • I’m skilled in a variety of different types of workouts and I like to keep it fun and switch it up! No one should have to do a work out they hate. Workouts could include: weight training, tabata, HIIT, circuit training, Pilates and Barre.

  • I just want to be a positive influence, motivator, and make a difference in someone’s life other than my own.
