“Fitness and Nutrition are the two things I am most passionate about! They are the foundations to living a happy, healthy, disease-free life. I’m willing to make myself available in any way possible in order to build sustainable healthy living habits and attain personal goals. I’m skilled in a variety of different types of workouts and I like to keep it fun and switch it up! No one should have to do a work out they hate. Workouts could include weight training, Tabata, HIIT, circuit training, Pilates and Barre. I just want to be a positive influence, motivator, and make a difference in someone’s life other than my own.”
