About Me:

“Fitness has been my biggest passion since I first began weight training early in high school. I will bring a fun and positive attitude to every session because I believe that both the physical and mental aspects of fitness are equally important. However big or small your goals might be, I will be able to help you achieve them. I have experience in many forms of fitness and I will incorporate a variety of training techniques to ensure that your goals are achieved to the best of my ability.”
