“As a Division I athlete, I have learned through hard work and consistency that you can achieve any health or fitness goal that you aspire to attain. I am a firm believer that anyone who commits to moving their body is an athlete, and that the first step toward progress is setting goals. My training style is a combination of athletic movements, functional fitness, mobility, and barbell strength.”
