“My preferred style of training is bodybuilding but I like to add in some other forms (i.e. HIIT, performance training) to add variety. My goal is to help people realize that working out can be fun and have them discover their hidden potential. I can help you with any goal whether it is muscle building, fat loss, increase in mobility, or just improving overall health.”
