  • My preferred style of training is bodybuilding but I like to add in some other forms (i.e. HIIT, performance training) to add variety.

  • My goal is to help people realize that working out can be fun and have them discover their hidden potential.

  • I can help you with any goal whether it is muscle building, fat loss, increase in mobility, or just improving overall health.
