Workout and Swim Time Slot Enrollment/Cancellation Policies

Please arrive within 30 minutes of the start of your enrolled time slot. At the 30-minute mark, we will open the facility to walk-ins if there is capacity available.

Cancellations may be done on WebTrac up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your enrolled time slot (Search > Activities > Activity Cancellations or click here for a direct link to the cancellation page ).

Anyone who misses 3 or more enrolled time slots within one month may lose enrollment privileges for 7 days.
