Clear instructions are given so you know how to do the poses correctly and safely, with no pressure to perform any pose beyond your present ability. Every class begins with a warm-up and concludes with a guided deep relaxation. The instructor, Rollin Stearns, is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga since 1971.
