Four New FREE Group Ex Classes Coming Jan 22!

Check out these new FREE Group Ex Classes for Spring!

Cardio Sport: Cardio Sport is non-stop movement with high energy and great music to help motivate you to keep going! This class is high impact.

Aqua Running: Modified, low-impact, resistance exercises that build muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Routines  include imagined cross-country courses with added resistance from the vortex. The buoyancy and warmth of the water will soothe pain and reduce strain on the joints, perfect for those recovering from injury or surgery as well as arthritis.

Hip Hop Hype: High-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking! The focus of the class will be fun, as well as to build a solid foundation to execute popular dance moves to original choreography. Novice dancers welcomed and encouraged!

Pump & Pedal: This class mixes cardio and strength! The first half of the class will be on the bike while the second half will be off the bike using kettle bells. Reap the benefits of doing cardio and strength in one class!
