Dr Das has held various leadership roles in international sports management in the Asia-Pacific region. His last post was Assistant General Secretary and Director of Human Resources/Services for the Asian Football Confederation, a member of FIFA. Industry experience motivated Dr Das to complete a PhD at the University of Melbourne, Australia researching Leadership and Firms’ processes that deliver Blended Value (Financial and Social) and also Leadership of Social Entrepreneurs. All three separate studies from his dissertation were accepted for presentation at the Academy of Management’s Conferences. His other research interests are Sports Law and Sports Management. As an Australian from Melbourne – a multi cultural capital, Dr Das loves exploring cuisines from around the world with his family.
