This event is open to all MBS students\, but space is limited. Please click here to reserve your spot. \nDanielle Snow\nDanielle has 25 years of experience advising high-growth startups through IPOs\, mergers\, and acquisitions. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Form Health\, a virtual obesity medicine clinic. Previously\, she spent a decade at Included Health (formerly Grand Rounds)\, where she served in several leadership positions\, including Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff. She’s skilled at delivering quality patient care while rapidly scaling. She has grown teams from zero to over 1000 employees working at multiple sites and remotely. Danielle began her career at TiVo and later held positions at VUDU and Reputation.com. She’s also advised numerous other businesses throughout her career. \nKelly Sparks\nKelly is UMaine’s Vice President for Finance and Chief Business Officer. Before joining the UMaine community\, she served as Associate Vice President of Finance and Strategic Planning at Oregon State University–Cascades for nearly 10 years. Kelly focused on long-range strategic planning\, physical infrastructure\, and the financial health of the branch campus. She transitioned to OSU in 2013 following her role as associate dean for finance and operations at the University of Oregon School of Law. In her role at the law school\, she served students\, faculty\, and staff as the head of finance\, human resources\, information technology\, and building operations and maintenance. Prior to her time in higher education\, Kelly was the founding executive director for a non-profit in Washington State. Prior to her career in higher education\, Kelly spent more than a decade in the private sector in various strategic planning\, project management and financial planning roles at Coach Leatherware\, PriceWaterhouseCoopers\, and ultimately as a vice president for finance and strategic planning at Nordstrom. \nKelly Dorsey\nKelly is the Senior Vice President and Manager of the Treasury & Business Services group at Mascoma Bank. She has been working in the treasury and cash management space for over 15 years and manages a team spanning three states. Kelly and her husband\, Ian Dorsey (’10)\, also own Mast Landing Brewing Company based in Westbrook. When Kelly isn’t working with local businesses for the Bank or the Brewery\, she is busy as co-founder and treasurer for the Say Hello Foundation\, a 501c3 created to support Maine’s hospitality industry through education and grant opportunities. She also sits on the investment committee for the Greater Portland Council of Governments\, the review committee for the Mascoma Bank Foundation\, and is a 2023 graduate of the Maine Development Foundation’s Leadership Maine program.
