Dr. Erhardt is Associate Dean of Maine Business School, and the Director of Maine Business School’s Professional Development Center. He has earned degrees from Cornell University, Iowa State University, and Rutgers University, and has 15 years of experience teaching, researching and consulting in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Within these fields, his areas of expertise include organizational design, innovation and creativity, workplace dynamics, and virtual team and organizational collaboration. His work has been cited well over 3,300 times and published in journals including Journal of Management, Human Resource Management Review, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Management Learning, Management Communication Quarterly, and Small Group Research.
He also serves as the NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative, and is a Faculty Leadership Fellow. Dr. Erhardt also works closely with a number of firms across various industries focusing on Human Resource Management issues, driving creative teamwork and managing workplace dynamics.
