Download the university fonts to avoid missing fonts. Quark file template available upon request. 
 
Credit-bearing certificate:
All credit-bearing University of Maine Certificates (i.e., listed in MaineStreet and the catalog) for undergraduates and the Graduate School will be printed on blue parchment paper using a standard template approved by the Office of the President. Essentially, if it’s built as a “plan” in MaineStreet, the certificate will be printed on the blue paper. If not, the certificate will be printed as a “noncredit” certificate. All credit-bearing certificates will be produced at Printing Services. Please contact them at 207.581.3765 to place an order.
 
Noncredit-bearing certificate:
Noncredit-bearing Certificates for recognition, awards and achievement are available to be downloaded and printed by departments, or they can be ordered through Printing Services. All noncredit-bearing certificates not using one of these template designs are asked to submit a PDF of their proposed certificate to Margaret Nagle for branding review. Noncredit-bearing certificates are to be printed on white paper or natural off-white parchment paper.
