In order to offer competitive services to the University of Maine research community, Advanced Research Computing has developed preferred partnerships with both national and regional high performance computer centers.  Current preferred service providers:

Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC)

Primary compute platform:  Pitzer

Software:

Batch processing baseline cost:

$0.02 per core-hour

Additional fees apply for high memory and GPU access.

Data storage cost:

Scratch Disk: no quota (shared)

Project Storage: 500GB included (private)

Additional Project Storage: $16.96 per TB/month (up to 5 TB)

Long-Term/Archival: not available at this time
