Abstract: This project focuses on the business and production planning aspects of scallop farming. The growth rates used in this project are based on Maine growth data. Business and production plans were designed for scallop farmers to use them for financial and production projections, along with tracking the projected vs. actual. Updates will be made based on feedback from growers.
