Events 10 a.m.\u20133 p.m.<\/em><\/h3>\n

Featuring tours, presentations, performances and more at nearly 30 venues across campus, including labs, research facilities, museums, farm, planetarium and classrooms. Stop by the information booths on campus from 9:30 a.m.\u20133:30 p.m. on Saturday to pick up your Open University Passports, drawing tickets and maps. Have your Open University Passport stamped at each venue you visit. Prizes will be drawn from those with the most stamps.<\/p>\n

\nTour world-class engineering laboratories, including the wind blade testing lab and new wind\/wave facility.<\/p>\n

Alfond Sports Arena<\/strong> is accessible <\/span><\/i>

\nTour the home of the men\u2019s and women\u2019s ice hockey teams.<\/p>\n

Animal Health Lab<\/strong> is accessible <\/span><\/i>

\nTour the facility that focuses on food safety procedures and animal health issues for Maine farmers, veterinarians, Maine government agencies and the public.<\/p>\n

\nTour UMaine\u2019s on-campus wet lab, with display and touch tanks featuring marine species, and the home base of the new Sustainable Ecological Aquaculture Network (SEANET).<\/p>\n
