The Maine Christian Association is an ecumenical Protestant campus ministry for the University of Maine, that has served the campus community for over 100 years.
In 1983 the MCA board voted to name our building the Wilson Center after Dorothy Clarke Wilson and her husband the Rev. Elwin Wilson who helped shape the mission of the MCA into one that incorporates ministries of peace and justice.
In the 1990s the MCA continued to evolve and began to advocate for the inclusion of all God’s people.
