- Employee Express Fitness: Campus Recreation and HealthyU come together again to offer UMaine Employee Express Fitness! There’s no longer any excuse not to fit in those recommended 30 minutes of exercise. A personal trainer will lead the class in an energy-boosting workout designed to increase muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardio endurance, and aid in weight loss in a non-intimidating atmosphere. You will move through our circuit stations, working each major muscle group. Set your day up for success by coming to the 7:00 a.m. class, or come in at 11:15 a.m. for a pre-afternoon pick-me-up! Great for any fitness level; especially those interested in learning how to use the equipment so they can return with confidence to use machines on their own.Meets: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:00- 7:30 a.m. OR 11:15- 11:45 a.m.
