Pages are organized using a hierarchy of sub-pages.  You can set the page hierarchy using the Parent drop-down menu under Attributes (see also: Using PageMash to Organize Pages):

Note that sub-pages are indented to indicate their placement within the website.

Pages that are listed as (no parent) will appear as buttons in your site’s right-hand navigation, as seen here:
